①12 special functions for fuel injectors

② Cleaning liquid and test liquid recovery valve
After the test and cleaning are completed, the test liquid and cleaning liquid inside the product need to be recovered through the valve. The advantage of this is: if the liquid is left inside the cleaning machine for a long time, it will cause damage to the product; the recovered liquid can be used twice to reduce the cost of use.
③ Pressure gauge
Observe the test pressure to avoid damage to the equipment or injector due to excessive pressure.
④ Liquid level gauge

How does GDI Injector Cleaner And Tester work?
① Cleaning the injector
1. Pour the cleaning fluid and put the injector into the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
2. Connect the pulse signal line and select the ultrasonic cleaning function to start working.
② Testing the injector
1. Pour the test fluid, install the injector on the fuel distributor, and then bolt it to the main engine.
2. Select different functions to test whether the injector is leaking or blocked.
How to choose the test fluid?
The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the injector is intact. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, no corrosiveness, and not easy to emit. Its job is to simulate various working conditions of the injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best detection effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluid. If it is not available locally, it is recommended to use medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% instead of the test fluid, but it is not the best solution.
How to choose the cleaning fluid?
The cleaning fluid is used to clean the attachments (such as carbon deposits) on the injector. It is usually highly corrosive and flammable. Keep away from fire and avoid contact with skin. In order to achieve the best cleaning effect, it is recommended to use professional car fuel injector cleaning fluid. If it is not available locally, it is recommended to use medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% instead of cleaning fluid, but it is not the best solution.
